	Clint Cottom Director of Theatre, Technical Director clintoncottom@tomballisd.net (281) 357-3220 ext.2509 Mr. Cottom has been teaching Theatre and has served as Technical Director at Tomball High School for 17 years. His previous four years were at Klein Forest High School.  Mr. Cottom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching from Sam Houston State University with a Major in Theatre and has obtained numerous Graduate hours in Gifted and Talented Education and in Theatre.  He also taught and served as talent coordinator for the Texas Governor’s Program for Gifted and Talented students for six summers.  His awards include the Theatre Alumni of the Year Award from the Sam Houston State University Theatre Department and Walmart Teacher of the Year.
	Brittni Merritt Theatre brittnimerritt@tomballisd.net (281) 357-3220 ext.2508 Ms. Merritt is new to Tomball High School and is elated to be joining the Theatre Faculty in the 2011-2012 school year. She recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with a Minor in Secondary Education upon graduating Magna Cum Laude from Sam Houston State University. Ms. Merritt has choreographed for many Junior High and High School productions such as Oklahoma!, School House Rocks Live, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Annie. She hopes to bring her diverse skill set and love for the arts to the Tomball High School community for many years to come.
